What Happened To Morals and Ethics???

What's with all the recent murders, rapes, robberies, lies and everything else that's wrong with this world today? I have no idea, but my opinion is that parents just don't care anymore. Everyone's too busy making money and spending money...only to have to work harder to make that money back. That's just taking away their time to be responsible for their kids and when kids don't have anyone to show them right from wrong, they have no idea what is right and wrong. I know that's such a broad topic, but c'mon....are you kidding me?! Ppl should know better than to kill, rob, lie, cheat, curse....you get my point. And when their kids go bad, they blame everyone else for their kids' problems. It the school's fault or the teacher's fault or the media or society's fault, but never the parents. But how can it be their fault when they're never around?!
Thank god for my parents! I got everything from them. They put food on the table, a roof over my head, shirts on my back, shoes on my feet, and most important...clean underwear...hahaha.
Wait...I'm not done yet. Lately I've seen a trend in ppl moving in with each other when they're only dating. I still haven't understood that movement. Are girls just getting more retarded or are guys just that good? The advantage definitely belongs to the guys. We get ass anytime we want when a girl decides to move in. What happened to good old fashion dating? Pick a girl up from her home, take her out for dinner, chat over coffee, and a good night kiss at her door and then off you go back to your home. Not that I'm against couples moving in with each other, but I think that's just rushing thing. It kills all suspense to the relationship and so by the time they get married...they'll already be tired of each other and then one will stray...and then you know the rest of the story. What happened to the times when a person marries another and things go bad...they stick with it and work it out?! Isn't that a promise you make when you decide to marry someone? If you're not going to even try...why the hell marry?!
Are ppl so poor and hungry today that they're robbing and stealing? And if they're robbing and stealing, why need to murder their victims? That's about the most unnecessary thing to do. If I were the parents of such ppl, I would be ashamed of myself.
All in all, I think it all comes down to the parents' role. If you're not ready to be a parent...for the world's sake...quit fucking around! And if you do, freakin' wear protection cuz girls are shady now-a-days too.
Ain't it funny and ain't it a shame that humans keep repeating their mistakes? How many times do you have to fall before you realize that you're your a dumbass? And how many times you do you have to watch others fall before you realize that they're a dumbass? It just makes you an even bigger dumbass when you follow in their footsteps.

There Are People...

There are people who change the world for the better.
There are people who change the world for the worse.
And there are people who don't change the world at all.
Everyone has a chance.

My thoughts:
I'm here to change the world for the better. I was given a chance, but never realized it. It's funny how things are right within your grasp, but never know it. I had my wake-up call and ever since that time, I've always been hungry to make the most of life and the opportunities I am given. That's how to make the world better...when you can better yourself.
I was, and still am, surrounded by many ppl who won't change the world at all. They can't even change to better themselves yet alone the world. They've been given all the opportunities in the world to improve their lives. I have yet to see any of them take advantage of this wonderful world has to offer.

Postcard From An Old Friend

I thought it would never happen. I finally heard from a friend who left civilization to and went into hiding...well, not really. But he did leave civilization to study to become a priest in his religion. Don't ask me what it is...it's some Indian religion. There's so many of them... Well, just this week a friend gave me a postcard that was addressed to me. It was my friend Hitesh. Well...it's Jay now. His name had to change...I guess it was part of the territory. Well, he's been inducted to the monistary so I was very happy for him. I never really thought that he would write to us. I thought he had to let everything go, but I was wrong. I hope he keeps writing cuz I enjoy writing back. I can't image being in a place where there's no electronics, no modern technology, no girls, and just a bunch of guys roaming around in the halls.
